The H2020 SENDER project was delighted to share its experiences of end-user engagement in smart technology pilot projects at #SustainablePlaces2023 in Madrid.
This week, the H2020 SENDER project, represented by William Throndsen, PhD from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), took part in #SustainablePlaces2023 in Madrid with #BRIDGE sister projects (ReDream_energy, Accept_H2020, HESTIA Project and iFLEX project) in a session entitled “Innovative solution and co-creation for effective demand response” to share experiences on end-user engagement in pilot projects.
Each project presented lessons learned and views on future #challenges, and the session ended with a well-attended #roundtable discussion with project representatives and the audience.
Discussions were lively, and many important lessons were learned about recruiting, involving and engaging end-users in smart energy technology pilot projects.
